Our clients privacy is our top priority, since it is necessary for us to have some information about yourself and your business, we will treat such information with the outmost care. We do not share, sell or transfer any of your information to unaffiliated third parties. The privacy of your information is our outmost responsibility.

Information required.

Along with the usual information required by credit card companies: name, email, address, phone number and credit card number, the company will require some extra information about your business. This is indispensable for designing a logo that meets your requirements. The email you send us will be used to contact you and inform you about project deadlines etc. We will also store your information and logo for a year in our servers, so you can access it via our secure client login system.

When do we collect this information.

When you register by ordering any of our services. Basic information is required.
We collect billing information required by credit card companies
When developing your project some extra information may be required in order to finish of your project
When using our customer service we may collect any information to improve our services.
Any emails you sent to us will be kept in order to have a complete follow up of your project.

Use of Information.

The information you send us will be used in different ways: to design a logo for your company, to communicate any news regarding your projects, to send you newsletters and other information you would require as our client. We keep a record of any email you send to us to improve customer service. We will also contact you in the future to offer promotions or updated packages.

The right logo employs other companies to perform certain tasks for us, such as, but not limited to: filling order forms, processing card payments, or any other functions necessary to your business. In such cases third companies will only be provided with the required information to perform their work, and will not be allowed to use such information for any other purposes.

Anonymous information.

The right logo may collect anonymous information from its website. This information may include web traffic, interested audience etc. This information is only used to improve our website, and services. Anonymous information does not include any identifiable information or personal data.

Information disclosure.

The Right Logo may reveal personal information if required to do so by law, or if the user is suggested to be harming or interfering with other Right Logo clients, or violating our terms of use, or infringing in any of the company’s legal rights.

Security of personal information.

The right Logo keeps its clients information secure by using a number of methods: SSL Secure Socket Layers to encrypt any information send by the client to the right logo. Information is also kept encrypted in our servers.

We use accepted industry standards regarding information transfer and storage. Information is sent and stored encrypted. Though no information system is 100% secure, we strive to use and update our software to keep your information private.

Access to registered accounts.

Clients will have access to their personal project page by logging in to our website. Only information regarding your project will be displayed in this pages: Project status, deadlines, reviews and final logos. Clients will have access to their personal pages for one year after the project is finished.

Privacy policy changes.

The right logo may change at any time its privacy policy. Any changes regarding personal information storing or third party information disclosure will be notified to our customers prior to its implementation.
